Recently, it was learned from the Market Supervision Bureau of Zhangshu City, Jiangxi Province that the bureau has explored a quality service model of "policy guidance, technical support, precise assistance, and enterprise leadership" around the quality improvement action of the metal furniture industry to help the city's metal furniture industry improve Product quality and efficiency, and create a regional brand of metal furniture.
Zhangshu City has strengthened policy guidance and successively issued the "Implementation Plan on Carrying out Quality Improvement Actions to Build a Strong Quality City", "Zhangshu City Strengthening the Construction of Quality Certification System to Promote Total Quality Management Work Plan" and "Zhangshu City's Implementation Opinions on Accelerating the Construction of a Strong Quality City". As the first key industry in Zhangshu City to carry out quality improvement action, the metal furniture industry has received a total of 9.3351 million yuan in the past three years.
Zhangshu City Market Supervision Bureau has improved technical assistance methods, built a metal furniture inspection and testing center, established a "one-stop" service workstation for the quality infrastructure of the metal furniture industry, identified the direction of industrial innovation and research, and accurately matched the quality service needs in the industry. Carry out the patent navigation project of the metal furniture industry and hire a team of experts to provide professional advice on the patent operation, technical path, layout and strategy of the industry.
Up to now, the metal furniture industry in Zhangshu City has been shortlisted in the first batch of quality improvement demonstration pilot projects in the Yangtze River Delta and key quality improvement projects in Jiangxi Province. One enterprise has won the nomination award of Jiangxi Jinggang quality Award, five enterprises and one individual have been awarded the Yichun Municipal Government quality Award, and two enterprises have been awarded the national quality benchmark.
