4. Feature Overview:
(1) The constant temperature and humidity storage cabinet consists of a cabinet body, a cooling unit, a heating unit, a dehumidification unit, a humidification unit, and a control system, capable of meeting the diverse environmental preservation needs of small, valuable cultural relics.
(2) The constant temperature and humidity storage cabinet features a split, upper-and-lower design, with multiple layers of isolation between the dehumidification unit area and the storage area, ensuring the safety of valuable collections. Collections are placed directly on the shelving units, and once the cabinet door is closed, the internal storage zone creates a distinct microenvironment. Through an advanced control system and integrated working units, the cabinet precisely regulates and maintains stable temperature and humidity levels. By replicating the optimal storage conditions for these artifacts, the cabinet minimizes the adverse effects of external environmental factors, significantly enhancing the preservation and longevity of cultural relics.
5. Technical Specifications:
(1) The entire cabinet is precisely molded using advanced die-casting technology, crafted from fingerprint-resistant stainless steel with a thickness of ≥ 0.8mm. Its elegant design features smooth, flowing lines throughout.
(2) The cabinet body and cabinet doors are insulated with 50mm-thick ultra-dense polyurethane;
(3) Double-opening insulated doors, with a cabinet body featuring no central column; equipped with an electronic password lock and fitted on the inner side with double-layer silicone seals (resistant to both high and low temperatures, anti-aging, and anti-hardening). (4) The equipment adopts a top-and-bottom isolation design: the upper section serves as the equipment area, while the lower section is designated for storage—each maintaining its own independent spatial structure.
(5) The cabinet is equipped with five adjustable shelves, each capable of supporting up to 80 kg, and the height of the upper and lower shelves can be easily adjusted.
(6) A temperature-resistant, low-noise circulating fan is installed at the top inside the cabinet to enhance the cabinet's ability to maintain stable temperature and humidity for storage.
(7) The equipment and storage areas feature multiple layers of isolation, connected via air ducts to continuously maintain the environment inside the cabinets. This ensures that cultural relics are kept in a stable, clean, and secure storage setting, with the control process designed to avoid any thermal effects within the cabinets.
(8) Colorful PLC industrial computer with a touch screen, allowing users to view equipment operating status, real-time temperature and humidity readings, as well as set target humidity levels. It can automatically store temperature and humidity data for up to three years and supports the Modbus protocol.
