2. Structural Requirements
(1) Features a two-story structure: the lower level consists of floor panels, while the upper level includes an inclined tower. It adopts a double-sided leaning design and is assembled in a row.
(2) Single-layer load capacity exceeds 1000 KG.
(3) The frame consists of a base, shelves, inclined support columns, upright posts, placement blocks, shelf crossbeams, side panels, and a top panel.
(4) Each layer is constructed by connecting blocks, leaning columns, upright posts, and shelf beams—resulting in a stable structure with no looseness.
(5) Place anti-slip rubber sheets on top of the blocks to prevent the stone monument from sliding.
(6) Place non-slip rubber strips against the leaning column (the rubber strips help reduce friction between the cultural artifact and the steel column).
(7) The underframe is a modular, segmented design, fully welded for stability and high machining precision. It features interlocking interchangeability, making transportation and installation convenient. Additionally, it is equipped with an anti-tipping device to prevent the frame from overturning.
