1. Specifications: 2000*800*2500mm
2. Structural Requirements
(1) The artifact support plates must withstand a load of ≥150 KG. The frame and upright posts must remain free from deformation, with no tilting observed in the frame. After a 48-hour load test, the maximum deflection of the shelves should not exceed 1 mm. Upon unloading, there should be no cracks or deformations whatsoever, and any residual deformation must be no greater than 0.1 mm.
(2) The entire array of cultural relic storage facilities features air permeability and dust-proofing capabilities. Dust-proof devices should be installed at the top of the shelves, while rodent-proof mechanisms should be placed at the bottom.
(3) Cultural relic security storage facilities achieve interchangeability, scalability, independent operability at any time, flexible internal partitioning within each unit, and preservation-friendly features.
(4) All components must be securely and reliably installed, with uniform gaps and no signs of looseness. Each shelf within the same row and level should lie precisely on the same horizontal plane. Additionally, sections within the same row can be connected as needed to accommodate exceptionally long items laid flat.
(5) The guard plates are formed by cold-rolled steel sheet pressing and folding, with rounded edges designed to meet ergonomic standards and prevent accidental injuries to workers caused by sharp corners or straight edges.
(6) A standard steel catalog label frame is installed on the side guard panel, enabling the retrieval and querying of storage information for the artifacts in that particular row.
(7) The main structure is assembled from load-bearing beams, supporting beams, positioning pins, storage platforms, wrapping panels, door panels, roof panels, and stainless steel connecting fittings. It features modular production and easy disassembly for transportation. After on-site assembly, it forms four internal shelving levels, with the vertical height adjustable according to the size of the cultural relics. The standard configuration includes single-sided, top-and-bottom hinged doors. Additionally, acrylic identification signs are installed in the middle section on the outer side of each row of wrapping panels.
(8) Supporting beam: Made from cold-rolled steel plate with a thickness of ≥1.5mm, fabricated in one continuous roll-forming process using no fewer than eight bending operations.
(9) The upright posts are made from cold-rolled steel sheets with a thickness of ≥1.5mm, featuring at least two pressed reinforcing ribs on both the front and side surfaces. Additionally, each side of the upright post is stamped with hanging holes that widen at the top and narrow at the bottom. This design ensures that, under load, the tighter the post is subjected to force, the more securely it grips—preventing any loosening over time. The upright posts boast a sleek, aesthetically pleasing appearance while maintaining a robust and durable structure.
(10) Layered Board (Pallet): Made from cold-rolled steel plates ≥1.2mm thick, formed by four-fold bending to achieve a final thickness of ≥25mm. The surface is treated with electrostatic powder coating, and the bottom is fitted with an樟木 board at least 10mm thick, topped with linen fabric applied over the樟木 board for added durability.
(11) Positioning Cleat: Made from cold-rolled steel plate with a thickness of ≥1.2mm, it is formed using a single-step molding machine. Both ends of the cleat are stamped with at least three prominent cross-shaped hooks for hanging. The middle section features a waist-shaped, stretched flange formed via die pressing, incorporating at least two stepped reinforcing holes. Additionally, four or more circular ribs are positioned above and below these holes. The top and bottom edges of the cleat are bent at right angles, and it is punched with no fewer than four bracket-clip slots, allowing the brackets to securely snap onto the cleat on both sides. Once connected to the upright post, the more force applied to the cleat, the tighter the interlocking mechanism becomes.
The tighter it is, the more securely the hanging panel fits into the post's docking clip without any looseness, ensuring a snug and stable connection—and allowing for even smaller adjustment intervals.
(12) Package panels: Made from ≥1.0MM cold-rolled steel sheets, with the mid-section panel color selected by the customer.
(13) Door Panels: Made from cold-rolled steel sheets with a thickness of ≥1.0mm.
(14) Roof and side panels: Made from cold-rolled steel sheets with a thickness of ≥1.0 mm.
(15) Dust-proof panel: Made from cold-rolled steel sheet with a thickness of ≥0.8mm.
(16) Requirements regarding weight, dimensions, volume, and other such parameters, expressed as fixed values, are permitted to have an error margin of ±2%.
3. Door Lock Requirements
Invisible Lock: A square push-type, three-level management invisible lock with door-lock keys featuring at least three levels of access control. One standard-coded key corresponds directly to the lock body, while another key (the administrator key) allows controlling one or more groups—or even multiple storage rooms. Additionally, a third key (the maintenance/administration key) is designed specifically for replacing the lock cylinder. In cases such as a damaged lock mechanism or lost/missing keys, this maintenance key enables direct replacement of the lock cylinder.
4. Process:
(1) The cabinet doors open smoothly and quietly. After assembly, the door gaps are uniform, ensuring a tight and secure lock.
(2) All metal sheet components of the product undergo a rigorous 13-step process, including pickling, rust removal, and phosphating. The surface is coated with high-strength resin powder materials that are environmentally friendly. The coating application ensures complete coverage without any dead corners.
(3) The cabinet doors are fitted with hydraulic buffer hinges, ensuring smooth and effortless opening and closing without any noise. Additionally, the doors remain securely closed even when not locked, preventing them from accidentally swinging open on their own.
(4) To ensure the storage table's load-bearing strength, a reinforcing rib is welded directly in the center of the table's bottom surface.
(5) The welded components are securely joined, with smooth and even weld marks. All parts and assemblies should have surfaces that are smooth, flat, free of sharp edges or protrusions, and free from cracks or scratches.
(6) The color scheme of the structure harmonizes with the museum's overall style, emphasizing simplicity, solidity, and elegant sophistication.
(7) Add ventilation holes on the side or back.
