Multifunctional Artifact Storage Cabinet

The artifact display shelf can support a load of ≥150 KG. The frame and upright posts show no deformation, and the entire structure remains free from any tilting. After a 48-hour load-bearing test, the maximum deflection of the shelf board must not exceed 1 mm. Moreover, after卸载 (unloading), there should be no cracks or deformations whatsoever, and any residual deformation must remain below 0.1 mm.

Product Details

1. Specifications: 2000*800*2500mm
2. Structural Requirements
(1) The artifact support plates must withstand a load of ≥150 KG. The frame and upright posts must remain free from deformation, with no tilting observed in the frame itself. After a 48-hour load test, the maximum deflection of the shelves should not exceed 1 mm. Upon unloading, there should be no cracks or deformations whatsoever, and any residual deformation must be no more than 0.1 mm.
(2) The entire array of cultural relic storage facilities features air permeability and dust-proofing capabilities. Dust-proof devices should be installed at the top of the shelves, while rodent-proofing mechanisms should be placed at the bottom.
(3) The cultural relics security storage facilities achieve interchangeability, scalability, independent spatial adaptability at any time, free internal partitioning within each unit, and preservation of cultural artifacts.
(4) All components must be installed securely and reliably, with uniform gaps and no looseness. Each shelf within the same row and level should lie precisely on the same horizontal plane. Additionally, sections within the same row can be connected as needed to accommodate exceptionally long items laid flat.

(5) The guard plates are formed by cold-rolled steel sheet pressing and folding, with rounded edges to ensure ergonomic design and prevent accidental injuries to workers caused by sharp corners or straight edges.
(6) A standard steel catalog label frame is installed on the side guard panel, enabling the retrieval and querying of storage information for the artifacts in that particular row.
(7) The main structure is assembled from load-bearing beams, supporting beams, positioning pins, storage platforms, wrapping panels, door panels, roof panels, and stainless steel connecting fittings. It features modular production and easy disassembly for transportation. After on-site assembly, it forms an internal six-tier shelving system, with the vertical height adjustable according to the size of the cultural relics. The standard configuration includes single-sided, double-opening doors—top and bottom. Additionally, acrylic identification signs are installed in the middle section on the outer side of each row of wrapping panels.
(8) Support beams: Made from cold-rolled steel plates with a thickness of ≥1.5mm, fabricated in one continuous roll-forming process using no fewer than eight bending operations.
(9) The upright posts are made from cold-rolled steel sheets with a thickness of ≥1.5mm, featuring at least two pressed reinforcing ribs on both the front and side surfaces. Additionally, each side of the upright post is stamped with hanging holes that widen at the top and narrow at the bottom—this design ensures that the posts grip more tightly under load, making them highly resistant to loosening. Overall, the upright posts boast an elegant appearance and a remarkably sturdy structure.
(10) Storage Table: Made of cold-rolled steel sheet with a thickness of ≥1.2mm, and the overall thickness is ≥
25mm, the storage platform is made from a single piece of pressed steel plate. It features a 10mm-thick camphorwood panel embedded within, topped with extra-thick linen fabric. Notably, the storage platform has no weld points or seams.
(11) Positioning Cleat: Made from cold-rolled steel plate with a thickness of ≥1.2mm, it is formed using a single-step molding machine. Both ends of the cleat are stamped with at least three prominent cross-shaped hooks for secure attachment. The central section features a waist-shaped, stretched flange formed via die pressing, along with at least two stepped reinforcing holes. Additionally, four or more circular ribs are precisely positioned above and below these holes. The upper and lower ends of the cleat are bent at right angles, and at least four pallet brackets are punched into the material, allowing the pallet to be securely clipped onto the cleat on both sides. Once connected to the upright post, the stronger the force applied to the cleat, the tighter the interlocking mechanism becomes.
The tighter it is, the less looseness at the docking point between the hanging plate and the upright post, ensuring a firmer, more secure fit—and allowing for even smaller adjustment intervals.
(12) Package panels: Made from cold-rolled steel sheets ≥1.0 mm thick, with the mid-section panel color selected by the customer.
(13) Door panels: Made from cold-rolled steel sheets with a thickness of ≥1.0mm.
(14) Roof Panel: Made of cold-rolled steel sheet with a thickness of ≥0.8mm.
(15) Dust-proof panel: Made from cold-rolled steel sheet with a thickness of ≥0.8mm.
(16) Requirements regarding weight, dimensions, volume, and other such parameters, when expressed as fixed values, are permitted to have an error margin of ±2%.
3. Door Lock Requirements
Invisible Lock: A square, push-type, three-level management invisible lock with door-lock keys featuring at least three levels of access control. One standard coded key corresponds directly to the lock body, while another key—known as the administrator key—allows you to manage one or more groups or even control multiple storage rooms. Additionally, there’s a third key, the maintenance/administration key, designed specifically for replacing the lock cylinder. This ensures that in cases such as a damaged lock mechanism or lost/stolen keys, the lock cylinder can be promptly replaced using the maintenance/administration key.
4. Process:
(1) The cabinet doors open smoothly and quietly. After assembly, the doors have uniform gaps and lock securely.
(2) All metal sheet components of the product undergo a rigorous 13-step process, including pickling, rust removal, and phosphating. The surface is coated with high-strength resin powder material that boasts eco-friendly properties. The coating application ensures complete coverage with no dead angles.
(3) The cabinet doors are fitted with hydraulic buffer hinges, ensuring smooth and effortless opening and closing without any noise. Additionally, even when the doors are closed without being locked, they won’t open on their own.
(4) To ensure the storage platform's load-bearing strength, a reinforcing rib is welded directly in the center of the platform's bottom surface.
(5) The welded components are securely joined, with smooth and even weld marks. All parts and assemblies should have surfaces that are smooth, flat, free of sharp edges or protrusions, and free from cracks or scratches.
(6) The color scheme of the structure harmonizes with the museum's overall style, emphasizing simplicity, solidity, and elegant sophistication.
(7) Add ventilation holes on the side or back.
